Account setup

Same day

Once we agree to work together, we create your account and add your properties. If you use property management software, we connect the integration.

  • Create your Clnr portal account
  • Add your properties with addresses and access details
  • Set up integrations (Guesty, Hostaway, etc.) if applicable
  • Configure your notification preferences

First booking

Flexible

Book your first clean through the portal or let our system auto-schedule based on your calendar sync. We assign a vetted cleaner and confirm the booking.

  • Choose your service type (turnover or deep clean)
  • Select your preferred date and time window
  • Receive cleaner assignment confirmation

After onboarding

Once onboarded, managing your turnovers becomes simple. If you have connected a booking platform integration, our system automatically creates cleaning jobs for each checkout. No manual scheduling required.

For each job, we assign the best available cleaner based on location, availability, and workload. You receive notifications at each stage: assignment, check-in, completion. Photo verification ensures you always know the state of your property.

Your dedicated dashboard shows the status of every property in your portfolio. Filter by property, date, or status. Export reports for your records. Everything in one place.
