What cleaning services does Clnr offer?

Clnr provides two core services: Airbnb Turnover Cleaning (guest-ready maintenance cleans between bookings, typically 2-3 hours) and End-of-Tenancy Cleaning (comprehensive deep cleans for move-outs, typically 4-6 hours with professional carpet cleaning included). Both services follow our standardised 100-point checklist to ensure consistent quality.

How much does Airbnb turnover cleaning cost?

Airbnb turnover cleaning starts from £60 for a studio apartment. Pricing is fixed by property size: 1 bedroom £75, 2 bedrooms £100, 3 bedrooms £130, 4 bedrooms £160, 5 bedrooms £190. Properties with 6+ bedrooms receive custom pricing. These prices are all-inclusive with no hidden fees.

How much does end-of-tenancy cleaning cost?

End-of-tenancy cleaning starts from £180 for a studio apartment and includes professional carpet cleaning as standard. Pricing by size: 1 bedroom £240, 2 bedrooms £300, 3 bedrooms £360, 4 bedrooms £420, 5 bedrooms £480. If no carpets are present, a 20% reduction applies.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our pricing is transparent and fixed. The price quoted is the price you pay. We do not charge hourly rates, and there are no surprise add-ons. The only optional extra is carpet cleaning for Airbnb turnovers (minimum £100), which is already included in end-of-tenancy cleans.

Do you offer discounts for regular bookings?

Yes. Property managers and hosts with recurring bookings benefit from our volume pricing. Contact us to discuss pricing for your portfolio size. We offer tailored SLAs for agencies managing 10+ properties.

Booking & Availability

How do I book a cleaning?

You can book through our online portal at portal.clnr.co.uk, or by calling us on 020 4572 0515. For new clients, we recommend booking a call first so we can understand your requirements and set up your account. Once onboarded, you can book cleans instantly through the portal.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. However, we understand turnovers can be unpredictable. We offer same-day bookings subject to cleaner availability, and our system automatically assigns the nearest available cleaner for urgent requests.

Can I book a same-day cleaning?

Yes, same-day bookings are available subject to cleaner availability in your area. Our intelligent scheduling system automatically identifies available cleaners near your property. For urgent same-day requests, call us directly on 020 4572 0515.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled clean are free. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur up to 50% of the service cost to compensate the assigned cleaner. We understand plans change, so contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Can I reschedule a booking?

Yes, you can reschedule bookings through the portal or by contacting us. Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance is free. For last-minute changes, we will do our best to accommodate, subject to cleaner availability.

Which areas does Clnr cover?

Clnr operates across London and Greater London. This includes all London boroughs: Central London, North London, South London, East London, West London, and surrounding areas. We have vetted cleaners positioned throughout Greater London to ensure fast response times.

Do you cover my specific area?

If you are within the M25, we almost certainly cover your area. We service all major London boroughs including Westminster, Camden, Islington, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Hammersmith, Kensington, Brent, Barnet, Enfield, and more. Contact us with your postcode and we will confirm coverage.

Do you serve areas outside London?

Currently, we focus exclusively on London and Greater London to ensure consistent service quality. We are expanding to other UK cities soon. Join our mailing list to be notified when we launch in your area.

Quality & Standards

How do you ensure consistent cleaning quality?

Every clean follows our standardised 100-point checklist covering all areas of the property. We use photo verification on completion so you can confirm the property is guest-ready. All cleaners are vetted, trained on our standards, and rated by clients after each job.

What is included in an Airbnb turnover clean?

Airbnb turnover cleans include: full bathroom sanitisation, kitchen reset (surfaces, appliances, sink), bedroom tidying and linen change (if provided), living area cleaning, floor vacuuming and mopping, bin emptying, and a final walkthrough check. The property will be guest-ready.

What is included in an end-of-tenancy clean?

End-of-tenancy cleans are comprehensive deep cleans including: all standard cleaning tasks plus oven cleaning, appliance interiors, inside cupboards and drawers, window cleaning (interior), skirting boards, light fixtures, and professional carpet cleaning. Designed to meet landlord and deposit scheme standards.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, our cleaners arrive with all necessary professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You do not need to provide anything. If you have specific product preferences (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, etc.), let us know and we will accommodate.

Are your cleaners vetted and insured?

Yes. All cleaners on our platform undergo background checks and are fully insured. They are trained on our standards and processes before accepting jobs. We maintain quality through client ratings and regular performance reviews.

After the Clean

How do I know when the clean is complete?

You receive real-time status updates throughout the cleaning process. When complete, you will receive a notification with photo verification showing the property is guest-ready. You can view completion photos in your portal dashboard.

What if I am not satisfied with the clean?

If you are not satisfied, report the issue within 24 hours through the portal or by calling us. We will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost or provide a refund. We take quality seriously and investigate all complaints.

What if something is damaged during the clean?

All our cleaners are fully insured. If damage occurs, report it within 24 hours with photos. We will investigate and process a claim through our insurance. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided as per our terms.

Do you provide photos after cleaning?

Yes. Photo verification is standard on all cleans. Our cleaners take photos of key areas upon completion. You can view these photos in your portal dashboard and share them with guests or landlords as proof of cleanliness.

Payment & Billing

When do I pay?

Payment is due in full prior to or upon completion of the clean. For regular clients, we offer invoicing with agreed payment terms. New clients pay at booking or on completion via our secure payment portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and direct debit for regular clients. Payments are processed securely through our portal. We do not store card details on our servers.

Do you offer invoicing for businesses?

Yes. Property managers and agencies can request invoicing with net 14 or net 30 payment terms subject to approval. Contact us to set up a business account with consolidated invoicing for all your properties.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your data is protected under UK GDPR standards. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

For Property Managers & Agencies

Can I manage multiple properties from one account?

Yes. Our portal is designed for multi-property management. Add all your properties to your account and manage bookings, view completion photos, and track cleaning status across your entire portfolio from one dashboard.

Do you integrate with property management software?

We integrate with major property management platforms including Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Uplisting, and more. Bookings sync automatically, and cleans are scheduled based on checkout dates. Contact us for API access.

Can I set up automatic cleaning schedules?

Yes. Once your bookings are synced (via integration or manual import), our system automatically creates cleaning jobs for each checkout. You can set default cleaning preferences and let the system handle scheduling.

Do you offer custom SLAs for agencies?

Yes. Agencies managing 10+ properties can request custom Service Level Agreements with guaranteed response times, dedicated account management, priority scheduling, and volume pricing. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
